FAQ
1.How many shape does the machine can make?
Only one shape(ball shape), and 8 color(blue,pick,white,yellow and
mix color)
2.Can we change the sugar’s flavor and color?
(1)Yes, you can use any color and flavor sugar
(2)About sugar ,you can buy from our factory or buy in your local.
3.Does the machine need to use special sugar?
(1)Yes, The machine needs to use sugar with a size of 2-3mm.
If the sugar is too small, it will cause the sugar outlet to be blocked
(2) Do not use sugar such as soft white sugar, powdered sugar,
sugar alcohol, castor sugar, etc.;)
4.How much sugar can the box added at one time? How many
cotton candy can be made?
(1)Each sugar box can put 1.5kg sugar, there are 4 sugar box, total
can put 6kg sugar;
(2)Each cotton candy consume about 10g sugar
(3)And if full of sugar, it can make about 600pcs cotton candy.
5.What’s the raw material?

6.How long does it take to make a cotton candy?
About 1 minute. (It will take part of the time due to manual sticking,
sugar extraction and other operations)
7.How much power does the machine consume?
(1)Use 220V or 110V AC
(2)peak power is 1800 watts, continuous working power
consumption is 1200 watts/hour (that is, 1.2 kWh/hour), and
standby power consumption is about 300 watts/hour hour (0.3
degrees/hour).
8.Can the machine power be reduced?
It can be reduced to 1500W, but it will prolong the production of
cotton candy(about 10-30 seconds)
9.Can the machine make other shapes of cotton candy?
This model is not available, because the machine size is too small,
it can only make ball shape cotton candy at present. If there is a
need, it is recommended to purchase our automatic model.
10.How to use the machine?
(1)First choose your favorite color and flavor on the touch screen;
(2)Then wait for the robot arm to swing out, pick up the paper stick
and insert it into the slot;
(3)After inserting the paper stick into the slot correctly, click the
screen to confirm, the machine makes cotton candy automatically;
(4)wait for 1 minute, you can get a cotton candy, then take down
your cotton candy
(5)Click the screen to reset the robot arm, and wait to make the
next.
11.What languages does the machine touch screen support?
Screen supports customization in any language,you can tell us your
needs.
12.What is the daily maintenance of the machine?
(1)The daily maintenance of the machine is very simple; there is a
waste water collection tank and clean water tank inside the device,
just dump the waste water, then add clean water and sugar.
(2)Use a wet towel to wipe and clean the surface of the device
repeatedly, the water tray can be taken out, and soak in water for
15-20 minutes;
13.Are there any requirements for the water?
No, just clean water, like tap water
14.Why does it spray water mist every time when finish making cotton candy?
